Consultation and Assessment
We meet at your property to discuss your vision, identify key features, and evaluate safety needs. With your approval, we'll take pictures of your property to ensure accuracy of the lighting sections and gather the information for making the design work for you and your property.

Custom
Design
Our experts craft a tailored lighting plan focusing on the architectural features, measurements, and layout of the desired effects and create a customized design specific to your needs. From placement of new or existing power sources to highlighting the beauty of your landscape, no detail will be unaccounted for.

Approval and Scheduling
Upon final design approval, our team will work with you to coordinate the best time to complete the work when its most convenient for you.Â
We'll also work with you and your HOA to review the documentation, rules and by-laws to see if an ARC would be required and assist you through the process if needed.

Installation and Service
Our installation team will take great care to ensure that the work is completed to your best satisfaction - if its not we'll make it right. After the installation is complete, we'll review the Lighting App with you on your phone and help you get underway with controlling the light features, voice control, and any questions you may have. Our service also includes a 6-month check-up where we will visit you to make sure everything is working and most of all that you are happy.
